How to Return

We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day
Pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at any carrier location
Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the item

Return Conditions

Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
Include all original accessories and documentation
Items showing signs of use or damage may be subject to partial refund

Exchanges

Want a different product? Email us and we'll process an exchange. We'll send out the replacement once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or is defective, contact us immediately at hello@pixelbitcove.com. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No return required for defective items.
